| Product description: WACKER® AF 21 is a premium modified amino functional fluid. Properties: WACKER® AF 21 yields an extremely soft hand with little to no shade change most notably yellowing due to normal textile processes. WACKER® AF 21 gives a less hydrophobizing effect on natural fibers than standard amino softeners. WACKER® AF 21 will also give some wrinkle recovery and improved fabric elasticity. Application: WACKER® AF 21 is particularly suitable as an active substance in non yellowing softener formulations for the impregnation of fibers and textiles. WACKER® AF 21 imparts a very soft and drapable handle to woven and knitted fabrics. WACKER® AF 21 improves the wash-and-wear properties and the crease recovery angle, sewability and reduces abrasion loss. The effects are fast to washing and dry cleaning. WACKER® AF 21 has no effect on the degree of white in a softener formulation when usual application conditions are adhered to.
