Material Notes:	Product description: WACKER® TPR is a reaction product of silicone resin with silicone fluids, which forms water-repellent release films. These films have much better affinity than is attainable with polydimethylsiloxanes and many organomodified silicone fluids of comparable viscosity. Application: WACKER® TPR can be used as a component in polish and release agent formulations. In polishes, WACKER® TPR is used in paint conditioners and paint polishes to improve detergent resistance, depth of image, and gloss without affecting the ease of rub out. WACKER® TPR combines the positive properties of silicone fluids and silicone resins. Release agents, e.g. for the processing of microcellular PUR foams, which are formulated with WACKER® TPR, exhibit high release efficiency and satisfactory overpainting and bonding features.
