Wacker Dehesive® SF 500 Silicone Release Coating

Material Notes:	DEHESIVE® SF 500 is a 100%, completely solventless, addition-curing silicone intended for coating paper and other substrates. Special features: fast curing very low LSR (Low-Speed-Release) high HSR (High-Speed-Release) increasing release profile Application: DEHESIVE® SF 500 is used in combination with crosslinker and platinum catalyst and if applicable CRA® release modifier. The reactive mixture is coated with coating machines such as offset gravure coaters or 5-roll or 6-roll coaters onto the substrate. It is subsequently cured to a dry film. This develops optimum release properties once it is completely crosslinked. Information provided by Wacker Chemie AG.
