Material Notes:	Liquid silicone rubber ELASTOSIL® LR 3170/40 A/B is a paste-like, low inflammable two-component compound. Properties: It's a self-adhesive Liquid Silicone Rubber that bonds to several thermoplastic substrates e.g PA, PET, PBT etc. The excellent flame retardancy is confirmed by achieved UL94-V0 listings at 3mm thickness. Good heat resistance as well as short curing times and non abrasive behavior in LIM process are further benefits of this material. Application: This grade is especially designed for economical manufacturing of flame retardant technical articles/parts/material combinations by Liquid Injection Molding process.
