BCC Products BC 8165 Urethane Casting

Material Notes:	BC 8165 is a low viscosity, rapid setting, rigid urethane compound. This system will cure quickly to a hard, tough, impact resistant casting. BC 8165 is non-sensitive to moisture after cure and will readily bond to itself if stage pours are required. BC 8165 is recommended for thin wall model and prototype applications where a "thermoplastic feel" is desired. The heat resistance for BC8165 is 135°F, a heat resistance of 150°F can be achieved by post cure at 150°F for about 2 hours. Information provided by BCC Products, Inc.
