SK Chemicals SKYTHANE® UB410 Powder Coating  (discontinued **)
Categories: Polymer; Thermoplastic; Elastomer, TPE; Polyurethane, TP

Material Notes: Description: SK Chemicals has supplied Thermoplastic Polyurethane Elastomer (TPU) under the name of SKYTHANE. UB series are used for adhesives and coating applications such as binder for magnetic tapes and inks, adhesives for shoe industries and PVC lamination, etc. UB series have good solubility to various kinds of industrial solvents and cover a wide range of solution viscosity. These special hotmelt grades can be co-extruded as an adhesive for fire hoses and converted into thin film or powder. Films are used for lamination of textiles, non-woven, plastic sheets, etc. They show good flexibility over a wide range of application temperatures. Powders are used for interlining of fiber substrates. No solvent emission occurs with these grades because they are used through hotmelt process.
