Lord Adhesives Thermoset™ SC-309 Thermally Conductive Silicone Encapsulating System

Material Notes:	Lord SC-309 is a two part thermally conductive silicone system with a convenient 1:1 by weight or volume mix ratio. Lord SC-309 cures to a flexible elastomer, which offers the low stress characteristics and superior high temperature electrical properties associated with silicone resins. It retains its excellent flexibility over a wide range of temperatures. SC-309 is recognized by Underwriters Laboratories as a 94V-0 material. Lord SC-309 is addition curing. It will not depolymerize when heated in confined spaces as do many condensation curing silicones. As with all silicones, SC-309 generates no exotherm as it cures. It also exhibits low shrinkage and stress on components as it cures. Lord SC-309's cure may be accelerated with elevated temperature. All information provided by Lord.
