| Product Description: Akroform® MBS-80/EPR/P is a polymetric dispersion of n-oxydiethylene-2-benzothiazole sulfonamide to 2-(morpholinothia)-benzothiazole (OBTS) bound in a ethylene propylene copolymer. OBTS is recommended as a primary accelerator to natural, SBR, NBR and other general purpose rubbers. It offers more delayed action and processing safety than MBT, MBTS, BBTS or CBTS, and is very active at curing temperatures above 280°F. Small additions of DPG can produce additional cure activity. Advantages: Polymer bound or encapsulated dispersions are a proven means of upgrading plant safety, efficiency, quality & raw material control. Akrochem polymer bound or encapsulated chemical dispersions eliminate any irritating dust, as well as other potential hazards in handling powders in the plant.
