| Product description: WACKER® FINISH WR 301 is a reactive "functional silicone fluid". Application: WACKER® FINISH WR 301 is particularly suitable as active substance in softener formulations for the impregnation of fibers and textiles. WACKER® FINISH WR 301 imparts a very soft, drapable, and elastic touch to woven and knitted fabrics. WACKER® FINISH WR 301 is considered to be the best softening agent for cotton fabrics and knitware made of cotton or cotton/PES blends. WACKER® FINISH WR 301 improves the wash-and wear properties and the crease recovery angle, sewability and tear strength and reduces abrasion loss. The effects are fast to washing and dry cleaning. WACKER® FINISH WR 301 has only little effect on the degree of whiteness in a softener formulation. As a rule no adverse effect on the shade or color fastness properties of coloured goods is observed.
