Sandvik HF10 Extra-Fine Cemented Carbide for Metal Forming Applications  (discontinued **)
Categories: Ceramic; Carbide; Metal; Metal Matrix Composite; Nonferrous Metal; Tungsten Alloy

Material Notes: SANDVIK Grade H10F has been developed to meet the exacting demands placed on solid carbide tooling by modern technology.

SANDVIK extra-fine grain cemented car bide grades are true sub micron grain size tungsten carbide alloys with a carbide grain size of 0.8 µm, which is precisely controlled.

This grade offers an excellent combination of strength and toughness. In addition, a special additive maximizes corrosion resistance without loss of toughness.

Features:

  • 10% cobalt and 90% tungsten carbide (WC).
  • High toughness.
  • Applications in the ISO K20/K30 range.
