Material Notes:	Applications PETROTHENE NA 520-024 is a high molecular weight, low density polyethylene resin for power, communications, coaxial and control cable insulation. An antioxidant package has been added to provide thermal stability during processing. Processing Techniques NA 520-024, like other thermoplastic polyolefin resins, can be processed on a conventional extruder. Suggested extrusion conditions for NA 520-024 are listed below. These conditions are intended as general guidelines only and are not optimum values, since manufacturing conditions, such as extruder type and size, have an effect on processing of thermoplastic resins and compounds. This product is from the former Equistar product line.
